Local farmers and producers are integral to what we do at Extra Virgin Oven. The relationships we’ve built with our local community give us a greater appreciation of the ingredients we use – and ultimately produce fresher, more delicious food for you. At least once a week, we venture out to the local farms to hand select ingredients. Why? Because these farmers are our friends, and carefully choosing our ingredients has always been one of our favorite parts of cooking. As long-time members of Lowcountry Local First and supporters of GrowFood Carolina and Sustainable Seafood Initiative, we are proud to be a part of this very important movement and way of life.
