EVO has teamed up with lowcountry local first to promote using local ingredients, we will feature a dish every day in April featuring as many local products as we can, today we will be featuring a salad with asparagus, arugula, & carrots from ambrose farms, red leaf lettuce from geechie boy, housemade croutons, parmigiano-reggiano, and green goddess dressing
we’re getting the chicken brined, the beer cold (holy city pilsner, holy city porter, holy city laser pants, holy city trippin’ bricks, coast hop art ipa, and PBR), & the fire started. Come and celebrate 5 awesome years with us at EVO. We will be smoking bbq pork and chicken, plenty of sides, passed hor’doevres, salads, pizzas, flatbreads and so much more. Festivities start at 1pm and will go till 7pm. $15 for adults, $8 for kids, free for 5 and under. We just got our new trifecta shirts and koozies in and johnny pundts killer posters for sale. rain or shine, we’ll see you there!!!
that’s right folks 5 years, and to celebrate we will be throwing a bbq/block party. Specifics will follow shortly but there will definetely be some smoked meat, lots of beer, music, awesome veggies and more. Mark your calendars friends, should be really fun
Starting Monday February 6th you will, for the first time, be able to get a pork trifecta on Monday! We will now be open for both lunch and dinner starting next Monday.
EVO will be participating in restaurant week, January 12-21. We will be offering three courses of all local food for $20, along with beer and wine specials, hope to see you here!
EVO will be offering a flight of New Belgium trippel, fresh hop, belgo, and snow day for $8 today, comes with a free new belgium glass
we still have spots open for NYE dinner, we are doing awesome specials in addition to our regular menu. So far we’ve got a sous vide scallop pizza, housemade sausage appetizer, burrata, espresso panna cotta, in addition to a keg of holy city dopplebock and coast blackbeerd stout, did I mention a complimentary glass of champagne and a sweeteeth chocolate, should be a great time
