Good stuff as always – our great SC farmers never let us down local butternut squash, corn, sc peaches and watermelon grace our menu.  Gotta try the local peach calzone with local honey!

Can’t forget our own Mr. Battles’ famous chocolates – the classic caramel is always the one I grab first, but man, that new smokey blue cheese truffle…delish.  Nice work, Johnny, as always! 

My family from Poland came in town this week (yes, straight off the boat, or plane, rather) and we ate like royalty at EVO.  Most of them don’t speak much english, but their ‘wows’ and ‘ummms’ were enough to let us know they were pretty happy.  They couldn’t believe how fresh it was, and coming from a farm in Poland, that’s a pretty cool compliment! 

Just had to add this sweet moment – our Watkins picking produce for the restaurant at Rita’s Farm – thanks for all your hard work, Watty!
