Spring veggies we love

Lots of local greens in house this week – Wadmalaw lettuces, arugula, radishes, turnips, spring onions & local strawberries.  We also have sea island eggs, great local tomatoes & local pork.  BTW – no worries on the new pork scare here at EVO – we use only local pork from Woodruff Farms and there’s no “flu” around here.
