We have our hands on a really great wine y’all should try – Pike & Joyce Sauvignon Blanc 2005, Adelaide Hills, Australia (goes great with goat cheese!) – crisp, sweet, summer wine, gets you in the mood for the Charleston heat we’re all waiting for.

Matt made homemade ice cream today for the Maloney’s Irish Sundae!  He also candied the pecans and put some mad love into this dish.  You gotta try this sundae – house made vanilla bean ice cream, dark chocolate sauce, candied pecans and Maloney’s Irish Cream.  Yeah, it’s money…and we sold out yesterday, so if you have a cravin’, you gotta get it!
