Pork Trifecta Challenge – IT’S ON!

As we speak, Scott and Rich from the Charleston Beer Exchange (www.charlestonbeerexchange.com) are working on their third round of the Pork Trifecta Challenge.  After their first round, I asked them how they were doing, and they said “we’re starving”.  After their second, I got a thumbs up.  I’m waiting on their reaction after round three….this may be quite a challenge my friends….stay tuned!
