Anyone up for a Pork Trifecta challenge?

A group of 7 guys came into the restaurant (no, this is not the beginning of a bad joke) and two brave souls ordered 2-12″ Pork Trifectas EACH (this was last night) ! Amazing. We were so impressed, Ricky told them that if they finished their two pizzas they would get an EVOlution t-shirt on us. Guess what, one of the guys finished BOTH of his trifectas! Nice work, man! We’re impressed.
So – do you think you can crush 2-12″ Pork Trifectas (or more)?
Let’s start this up…come out for the challenge (if you’re brave enough) and if you succeed, you may just become the talk of the town (and maybe even get some sweet EVO schwag). Food Network, eat your heart out – bring it, “Man vs. Food” – you can’t handle multiple trifectas!!
Apparently, Scott and Rich from the Charleston Beer Exchange (www.charlestonbeerexchange.com) think they can eat 3. I told them they were insane, but both admit to preparing for it and feel like it will be no problem. Yeah, and “if we can get a couple of deserts in ‘em, we’ll throw in some free hats for the kids”.

I just took the challenge and will be going back in a few weeks for the Tee Shirt when they get my size in, 2XL. I had half an order of bread before I even heard of the challenge and I knew I could do it. I am sure I have NEVER sat down and ate that much in one sitting in my entire life. Good luck to anyone else who attempts this challenge.
